Twice is Nice Resale News, December 2025

Thank you. November 15 marked the 32nd anniversary of our first day of business in downtown Jefferson. Our faithful volunteers and loyal customers have made it possible to say that recent sales saw us gift Lakeside Lutheran more than $80,000 just for sales in the MONTH of October. That one month of assistance to LLHS is more than the store was able to gift in the first 2 ½ YEARS of operation. (Of course it’s not meant to put down early efforts—it’s merely a picture of the incredible growth we’ve experienced because of amazing volunteers and customers!)
Shop: 

1. 50% off on all Christmas items starts December 17.
2. On December 26-27, Christmas items are 75% off.
3. Dec. 29-30, 90% off!

Valentine items will begin to appear on the sales floor in late December. We’re easy-to-find and open Mondays-Saturdays from 10 AM-4 PM: just a minute east on Hwy 18 off the 26 bypass, at 907 W. Racine St. (next to the Jefferson Piggly Wiggly). (Be aware that the last day to shop before Christmas will be Dec. 20; the store will re-open Fri-Sat, Dec. 26-27, then close for New Year’s Eve and Day.)
Volunteer: Will you join our vital crew? Could you donate a Saturday a month, or is yours a congregation who could provide a team to volunteer one day a month? What's your interest? We could definitely use cashiers on alternating Saturdays (10-1 or 1-4) or for fill-in shifts during the week. Thank you so much for thinking about it.
