WHEN IS THE STORE OPEN?
Twice is Nice is open 6 days a week from 10 AM - 4 PM; we are closed Sundays. We are also closed most major holidays, including Christmas Eve & Day, New Year's Eve & Day, Good Friday, Memorial and Labor Days, Thanksgiving and the 4th of July. Since we are closely associated with Lakeside Lutheran High School, when the school closes due to inclement weather, Twice is Nice also closes to keep our volunteers and shoppers safe from weather dangers. DOES TiN Resale ACCEPT DONATIONS?
Absolutely! We depend on the generosity of people like you to donate your new/used, saleable (i.e., clean and working) items to keep our shelves stocked. We accept your donations from 10 AM - 3:30 PM any day the store is open. Bring your items to the back of the store, look for the door with the "donations here" sign, and ring the doorbell. Most often we have volunteers ready to help you unload; if this is of special concern, we encourage you to call before you come to make sure (920-674-6868). We do not offer pick-up service, but you're invited to call to discuss options if you cannot bring in your donation. As the area is under camera surveillance, we thank you in advance for not leaving any donations outside the door without approval from a store worker or outside of donation hours.

You can be a volunteer at Twice is Nice! Whether it be once a month or twice a week, whether it’s taking care of a -department, fixing items or clerking, we have a fun, productive opportunity for you to make a real difference. No expertise needed; you’ll get all the training you need. We encourage you to call or email our manager, Megan, at 920-674-6868 or [email protected], who can set up a time for you to come take a tour and get your volunteering questions answered before you make any commitment! DO YOU ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS?
We do! You are welcome to use a credit or debit card on all purchases. A small surcharge is added to debit/credit purchases to cover processing costs.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT SPECIAL SALES?
Our "regular" prices are already much better than retail store prices, it's like a sale on everything every day! We do run occasional special promos, however, such as the last week of the month, when a particular color tag goes to 50% off marked prices. We also host sales in early spring and late summer right before our seasonal clothing department changeover. To read about those or other specials, our Facebook page typically has the most recent info (a Facebook account is not required to view our always-public FB posts).
DO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable managers are available to answer your questions while the store is open (Monday-Saturday, 10 am to 4 PM; call 920-674-6868). You can also send us a message via our Facebook page, and we will forward it to the appropriate person as soon as we're able!
