Twice is Nice News, September 2021

Summer 2021 marked yet another milestone for TiN & Lakeside Lutheran High School—our 100% volunteer store has gifted OVER $6 MILLION to this teen ministry, including general operating, wish list and special projects, since our store began in 1993. With enrollment at 457 this fall, Twice is Nice support just in the past year is the equivalent of $1,000 toward the cost to educate for each & every student.

Volunteer: Find out how easy and fun it is to help! We are eager to host you in a “no-pressure” visit to explore the store, meet some volunteers and learn about opportunities for you to have fun and feel productive making a vital difference for Lakeside Lutheran. Come with a friend! Call 920-674-6868 and ask for the day manager. We welcome our newest volunteer: Karen Hafenstein (St. Paul, Lake Mills).

Shop: September brings all things fall and winter. Halloween costumes hit the floor August 23, and Christmas items start October 3 with a full inventory in stock the following week. We’re easy-to-find and open Mondays--Saturdays from 10 AM-4 PM: just a minute east on the Hwy 18 exit off the 26 bypass at 907 W. Racine St., next to the Jefferson Piggly Wiggly.

Donate: Another reminder that we appreciate your “saleable” donations (i.e., clean and in good working order).  We accept items in the back of the building from 10-3:30 PM any day we’re open. See the FAQs page for items we cannot accept.
